As Possify, we prioritize customer satisfaction.<\/strong><\/p>

You can find the warranty and service conditions for the products you have purchased below. These conditions have been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the<\/strong> relevant legislation. Please review this information carefully before purchasing.<\/p>

1. Warranty Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Warranty Period:<\/strong> The POS terminals, printers, and accessories you have purchased are covered by the manufacturer\u2019s warranty. The warranty period varies depending on the product type and starts from the delivery date (generally 1\u20132 years).<\/p>

\u2022 Warranty Coverage:<\/strong> The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal usage conditions. Situations not covered by the warranty include: software errors, misuse, physical damage, liquid contact, and unauthorized interventions.<\/strong>.<\/p>

\u2022 Cases Not Covered by Warranty:<\/strong>
\u2013 Opening or damage to the product packaging
\u2013 Repairs performed by third parties
\u2013 External factors such as natural disasters, fire, or electrical surges
\u2013 Modification of the original software<\/p>

2. Service Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Service Services:<\/strong> We provide technical support and repair services for your products.\nFor out-of-warranty products, pricing is communicated before the service process begins.<\/p>

Service Duration:<\/strong> After the product reaches us the repair process is generally completed within 7\u201314 business days.<\/strong> Priority may be given in urgent cases.<\/p>

\u2022Service Fees:<\/strong> For out-of-warranty services, labor<\/strong> and spare part<\/strong> t fees apply.\nNo service will be performed without customer approval.<\/strong>.<\/p>

\u2022 Spare Parts Usage:<\/strong> Only original spare parts are used in all<\/strong> repairs. The use of incompatible parts may void the warranty.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>

3. Return and Exchange Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

Right of Withdrawal:<\/strong> In accordance with Law No. 6502, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days<\/strong> from the delivery date for unused products with undamaged packaging.<\/p>

\u2022 Exchange:<\/strong> Defective products will be replaced if the fault is confirmed after technical inspection. The exchange process depends on stock availability.<\/strong>.<\/p>

\u00b7 Return Process:<\/strong> Return requests must be made via email or phone. The product must be sent together with its original packaging and invoice.<\/strong>.<\/p>

\u00b7 Non-Returnable Products:<\/strong>
\u2013 Products damaged due to use
\u2013 Products with installed software
\u2013 Out-of-stock or special-order products\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>

4. Liability and Notices<\/strong><\/p>
