2. Service Conditions

Service Duration: After the product reaches us the repair process is generally completed within 7–14 business days. Priority may be given in urgent cases.
•Service Fees: For out-of-warranty services, labor and spare part t fees apply. No service will be performed without customer approval..
• Spare Parts Usage: Only original spare parts are used in all repairs. The use of incompatible parts may void the warranty.
3. Return and Exchange Conditions
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Law No. 6502, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date for unused products with undamaged packaging.
