Do you have Retail and Wholesale Sales Channels?

Our company does not conduct retail sales. For retail purchases, we direct you to our existing dealers. For wholesale sales and dealership procedures, you may contact us by calling our phone numbers, sending an email to our email address, or submitting a Dealer or B2B application via b2b.possify.com.tr to initiate your official process.

The warranty period for all our products is 2 years. After the 2-year period, technical service is subject to a fee. Once the product with technical damage has been inspected, a price quotation is provided for the replacement spare part. Upon approval of the quotation and completion of the payment process, the part replacement and necessary checks are carried out, and the product is returned to you within 48 hours.

For printer groups, thermal heads and adapters; for touchscreen groups, screen deformations and adapters; as well as liquid contact, burning, breakage, and device deformations caused by user error are not covered under the warranty.
Products that require technical support are first inspected by our technical team upon receipt. A damage assessment is then carried out. If the product is covered under warranty, the repair will be completed within 48 hours and the item will be shipped back to you. If the product is not covered under warranty, a price quotation for the required replacement part will be provided. Once the payment is completed, the product will be repaired within 48 hours and shipped back to you.
No additional fee is charged for products covered under warranty. For products that are not covered under warranty, a price quotation is provided for the replacement part.
No technical support services are provided for any products that do not belong to Possify Bilgisayar, except for brands covered under exclusive agreements such as Seuic. For detailed information, please contact us.
