What is the Warranty Period? How is Technical Service provided after the Warranty Period?
The warranty period for all our products is 2 years. After the 2-year period, technical service is subject to a fee. Once the product with technical damage has been inspected, a price quotation is provided for the replacement spare part. Upon approval of the quotation and completion of the payment process, the part replacement and necessary checks are carried out, and the product is returned to you within 48 hours.
